What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

In this case, UPS will unfortunately return the package to us. Often, couriers will try again the next day, but this is not guaranteed. We recommend that you attach a piece of paper to the door, including your signature, with the request to hand the package over to a neighbour, but even here success is not guaranteed. Not to worry, you can contact our Customer Service Team and schedule the delivery so that it arrives within a certain period of time.
